Cancellations / Refunds

This reservation is fully refundable when the reservation is canceled, at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the scheduled tour. The payment will not be refunded for any other reason (i.e. weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed plane, overslept...) within 48 hours of the scheduled tour, unless Bi-Partisan Tour Company cancels due to inclement weather.

Reservations that are canceled within the guidelines may have a full refund or change their requested tour rental date to a future date. Rescheduled tours are only offered to guests that meet our cancellation guidelines. Missing a tour rental reservation causes other people to miss out on this limited opportunity due to our small fleet of electric vehicles.
