Bi-Partisan Tour Company

The electric Roadsters used by Bi-Partisan Tour Company meet the necessary federal standards for these vehicles to be legal on roads with a posted speed limit of 35mph or less. Please remember that all driving laws from the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia do apply. All citations will affect the driver’s record with motor vehicles.

A paper map will be provided for each tour rental or a souvenir map may be purchased for $10. Either map will outline the areas of Washington, DC, suitable for the use of the tour rentals provided by Bi-Partisan Tour Company. Any incident occurring outside of the areas provided on the map are the sole responsibility of primary renter.

Remember, pedestrians always have the right away in Washington, DC. Please be respectful of your driving environment and recognize that an electrical car DOES NOT have the same driving capabilities as normal motorized vehicles seen on the road
