Tour Rentals and Car Rentals are scheduled 7 days a week, but may be closed for holidays, private programs, and special events. It is always best to plan in advance in order to guarantee a reservation.

All fees for electric car rentals are based on hourly rates per person vehicle occupancy. Discounts may apply with proof of public service (teachers, military personnel, police officers, fire department officials, etc).

Drivers must be 22 years old and have insurance or will be required to purchase insurance protection. Driver’s Licenses and a Major Credit Card must be verified before each rental from Bi-Partisan Tour Company.

No exceptions will be made due to insurance policies and DC motor vehicle laws. It is the responsibility of each guest to provide driving documentation and ride in accordance to all driving regulations. Reservations will be forfeited if documentation and deposit verification is not provided.

Tip shuttles are available when reservations permit. When calling for shuttle services please expect a delay for a driver from Bi-Partisan Tour Company to arrive. It is always best to call in advance. Gratuities are expected.
